Top Crypto Sportsbooks — April 2026 monthly ranking update

April's sportsbook edition. Methodology unchanged: $50 deposit, welcome offer claimed, a representative wager placed, cash-out timed. Ozoon kept #1 — same-day USDT payouts and a live-bet depth that nobody in the test set matches.

MyStake climbed to #3 from #5 after their NHL playoff lines stayed sharp through the first round without their support queue collapsing. BetPanda slipped one spot to #4 after a slower-than-usual BTC withdrawal on the second test run; not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. Tonybet moved up two places thanks to genuinely tight NHL puck lines, although their welcome bonus is still tiny.

Cryptorino is being tracked for May — early reports from the community look strong, but we want a second deposit-and-cash-out cycle before we'd rank them.

Ozoon at #1 again is the only correct answer. Their NFL futures stayed liquid all the way through the draft and the live-betting hammer-button works on Eagles Sunday games without the 30-second freeze that some of these sites still ship in 2026. Sunday's not Sunday without a six-leg, and the parlay builder there is the best in the table.

MyStake's climb to #3 makes sense once you stop looking at the welcome offer and start measuring CLV on their NBA second-half lines. They post softer than the regulated US books on first-quarter unders specifically. If it's not +EV, it's a donation. Size to Kelly, not to vibes.

Thunderpick at #7 is still my pick for CS2 map handicaps even if the mainstream stuff is thin. The meta is the market. April was the LoL MSI build-up so their map-total liquidity was unusually deep — would be curious if Arjun would consider weighting esports markets explicitly in May.
